DESCRIPTION:\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nAre you a parent Carer of a young person with le
 arning disabilities who requires day services or who will require day serv
 ices when they leave full time education?\n\nIf so\, you are invited to di
 scuss the proposed closure of Wellington House Day Options Service\, which
  currently provides support to adults with learning disabilities. We ackno
 wledge that any changes to this service may have a considerable impact on 
 those who use it and may raise concerns from carers and families in the ci
 ty.\n\nWe are organising two consultation events\, one on line and one in 
 person\, both hosted by PaCC and facilitated jointly with Brighton &amp\; 
 Hove City Council (BHCC)\, Adult Social Care representatives. We will prov
 ide an overview of the proposal and the associated consultation process. T
 hese sessions will allow us to gather a thorough understanding of your vie
 ws and any concerns\, and to hear any suggestions or ideas about the propo
 sed change and provide an opportunity to raise questions directly with Ste
 ve Hook (Director Adult Social Care)\, Lou Aish (Commissioning) and Kim Fo
 ster (Consultation Lead). Councillor Mitchie Alexander will attend the fac
