PaCC Calendar 2024: Call for Entries!

Would you like your child to star in the Parent and Carers’ Council (PaCC) 2024 Calendar?

The PaCC calendar is a great way to celebrate our children, bring their lives to life and bring the SEND community together. The PaCC Calendar 2024 theme is: “What helps me” – so we would love a photo and a little explanation about what helps your child to live their day well, it could be a pet, a guide dog, wheelchair, fidget toy, an essential medical aid, a specific activity, a breathing technique and so on… something that is making all the difference for your child. It could be big or small – but it’s what helps your child!

Interested? We are looking for 12 entries – one for each month.

What we need from you: two good quality pictures of your child (pictures can include other people who are also happy to be in the calendar), and a short paragraph (40 words max) about your child and their additional need(s), and what’s going on in the photo that you’ve shared.

Both photos and short paragraph need to be emailed by (the extended deadlne) Friday 17 November 2023 to [email protected].

Entries will be taken on a first come first served basis. By sending us any photos you are happy for PaCC to store the images whilst we go through a selection process, if we select your photo we will be in touch to confirm that you are happy for these pictures to be shared. All other image files will be destroyed by the end of December 2023.

A copy of PaCC 2024 Calendar will be sent to PaCC members (approx. 625 families) and people from the local authority and NHS, who PaCC works with. So, the calendar really helps bring our children and their individuality to the forefront of everyone’s minds!

We look forward to seeing your entries!
