In the Garden wellbeing event
A relaxing morning in the beautiful Garden House at Preston Circus, Brighton for parent carers.
Gather in the warm garden room, wonder around the gardens, doing simple jobs and being creative. There’ll be coffee and chat as always too.
The Garden House is accessed via the side gate and passage at 5 Warleigh Road, Brighton BN1 4NT. Please note that the garden access and grounds are uneven and the toilet is outside.

Parents Like Us – Hove
Join us in person and meet other parent carers in your area. Sometimes our meet-ups include a guest speaker, who will share their knowledge and expertise.
Currently meeting in person in Hove, this group also has an active WhatsApp group, where parent carers support each other and share information.

Dads Group
For male parent carers of children and young people with SEND.
This informal and sociable support group helps dads come to terms with the wide range of emotions that come with having a child with SEND. We come together to support one another while relaxing in a friendly pub atmosphere, knowing that others are in a similar situation.
7.30 to 9pm/10pm, last Thursday of every month at Stoneham Pub 153 Portland Road, Hove, BN3 5QJ
