Brighton & Hove are part of the South-East partnership alongside Portsmouth (who are the lead local area), East Sussex and West Sussex. PaCC has been working with leads from the parent carer forums for each local area, the South-East Parent Carer Forum steering group representative and Brighton & Hove Local Authority officers to better understand the Change Programme and the information sent to us by the Department for Education.
Lastly, please remember that the law has not changed and will not change during the testing of the proposals and the legal obligations for local authorities and schools remain the same.
