- Social Care: Short Breaks Strategy, Short Breaks and Respite, Short Breaks Wraparound Care, Care (Emergency care), Care (Rainbow Lodge), Transition into Adult Social Care, Direct Payments Policy and Processes, SEND Workforce Development Strategy.
- Education: the Outreach offer for Children and Young People and Brighton & Hove Inclusion Service (BHISS) and Special School Outreach, the Guidance around Ordinarily Available Provision, the role of the Local Inclusion Support Offer, the SEND Sufficiency programme to meet local educational needs, the Alternative Provision programme, Implementing a 3 Tier Social Emotional and Mental Health Model in the city.
