My work life and my personal life aligned when I become a carer for my dad, and then my mum. The reality of caring, the joy of looking after someone close to you, but also the emotional toll of caring, the endless challenges … Working for PaCC and Amaze has been a massive learning curve for me, dotted by so many moments of joy and so many challenges.
I’ll miss working in a fantastic Team, I’ll miss the feeling of been supported by and supporting incredible people, and yes, I’ll miss the stress of working in such a changing SEND landscape. By most of all I’ll miss the incredible amount of love that has accompanied me through my journey” Paolo 😊
